Trump became the first president or former president in US history to be convicted of a crime in late May 2024. He was found guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records.

A N.Y. judge found Trump and the Trump corporation guilty of civil business fraud in February 2024 and fined Trump and his corporation $354 million.
A federal jury found Trump guilty of sexual abuse against writer E. Jean Carroll. in May 2023. Trump was fined $5 million.

A federal jury ordered Trump in late January 2024 to pay $83.3 million to writer E. Jean Carroll over defamatory remarks he made about her.
Trump was quoted on a videotape during the 2016 Presidential Campaign as saying he “liked to grab them (women) by the pussy.”

The Washington Post reported that Trump made 30 thousand false or misleading statements during his presidency. It documented the lies and misstatements on a database.
Trump is, in the words of his niece, psychologist Mary Trump — someone uniquely qualified to judge the former president’s mental state — a “likely sociopath” who cheated his way into college and bullied his brother (Mary’s father), who committed suicide.
Dozens of Trump’s advisers and cabinet-level appointees during his presidency – or the people best qualified to judge Trump’s competence as a president — said they could not endorse Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign bid because he put his own self-interests ahead of his country’s interests.

Trump is a con artist and a profligate cheater who cheats his business clients, his business partners, his government, his country, and just about anyone he has done business with. He cheats at golf. He cheats his friends (what few he has), and he has cheated on all his wives.
He cheated on his current wife, who was once a soft-core model, with a hard-core adult film actress. He has been convicted of sexual assault and libel. One of his closest friends was a pedophile. He has expressed his admiration for such mass murderers such as Adolf Hitler and Vladimir Putin.
These are among the countless reasons why Trump cannot be elected again.
