Sheldon Adelson made billions of dollars as a casino owner by exploiting the desperation and gullibility of millions of people.

His friend Donald Trump became president by doing the same thing.

Adelson contributed more than $400 million to the Republican Party from 2015-2020. He also donated more money to Trump’s presidential campaigns and 2016 inauguration than anyone else. In addition, he contributed to Trump defense fund to fight the Mueller investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential campaign.
